Payment for services is required on the day that work is performed. Please make cheques payable to space to thrive. We accept cash, cheques or credit card (Mastercard and Visa).
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment for service, we require that you provide notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you do not give notice you may be required to pay a missed appointment fee in lieu of notice.
If space to thrive needs to cancel, we will provide you with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled appointment. If we are unable to give notice you receive an additional half hour free at your next appointment.
