Situations and circumstances that may indicate my services could help.
In addition to the issues mentioned previously, there are often situations and circumstances that can create organizing challenges or prevent some of us from getting and staying organized ‘enough’ to meet our day to day needs and responsibilities. Those situations and circumstances are then seen to be impacting us in a negative way. Some common situations and circumstances are:
- serious illness
- death of a loved one
- retirement
- separation/divorce
- moving
- issues related to addictions, family violence, agency interventions
- working extra hours in our workplaces
- additions to the household through birth/adoption of a child, elderly parent moving in, marriage/co-habitation, etc.
It is quite easy to imagine how any of these circumstances can wreak havoc on any individual or family. Periodic situational disorganization is easier to cope with when we start out from an organized foundation.
Someone may already have a good knowledge of organizing strategies that have worked for them in the past, but due to current circumstances, assistance may be needed to get back on an ‘even keel’ again and reduce the increased stress levels that are being experienced.
